The Mark & Form project was self initiated and the idea for it was conceived whilst I was hunting around for a graphic design magazine that most suited the identity designers of the world. However my luck fell short when I couldn't find a publication which met all my needs.
So I decided to produce what I as looking for myself, a magazine whose content focuses on all things identity and branding.
Due to this only being an individual project to begin with I had to source the content from existing articles from blogs and other online sources. (So the first issue won't be put into commercial print, however I am hoping to pursue it further in the future).

The content was chosen to be versatile and to cover multiple aspects of the design deicipline, rather than only focussing on logos or marks. This 'pilot' issue features 7 articles including an interview with Tom Geismar (taken from the Logo Design Love blog, with permission from David Airey), a look at new work from Pentagram and a review of the famous Yves Saint Laurent logo designed by A.M.Cassandre.
